LED screens for trade fairs: make your stand visible in the aisle
At a trade fair, visitors decide in a fraction of a second whether to slow down at your stand. A moving image holds the eye from a distance at which an ordinary banner disappears into the background of the hall. We bring the screens, set them up in about 15 minutes and are with you until the end of the fair.
Four ways to make your stand visible
- A backdrop that works for the whole team
- An LED wall behind the counter or the meeting area. It tells the story of your brand even when everyone is talking to clients.
- LED totem at the corner
- A vertical LED poster facing the main aisle. It invites people from far away, before the visitor reaches the counter.
- A-frame sign at the entrance
- A double-sided screen with demo times, a QR code and an invitation to a competition.
- A video next to the exhibit
- The product in action right next to the product on the stand. Ideal when a machine or a service cannot be shown live.
How to plan the whole stand, from visibility from the aisle to the preparation schedule, is described in the guide how to make your stand stand out at a trade fair.
No stress on installation day
Installation days at trade fairs are short, and several crews work in the hall at the same time. Our module fits where large equipment would not pass: through a narrow door, in a goods lift, onto a stand with limited access. It arrives ready to work and sets up without any frame to assemble, in as little as 15 minutes, depending on the number of modules. When the fair closes, we dismantle and take everything away ourselves. Transport within the Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot), installation and dismantling are included in the price.
What to prepare before the fair
- Stand dimensions and layout: describe them in your enquiry, and we will suggest where the screen will be most visible.
- Fair rules: we confirm the placement of the screen and the power supply together with the organiser.
- Power supply: the power connection at the screen location is ordered from the fair organiser.
- Content: graphics and videos of 416 × 1248 px per screen. Do not have them? We help you prepare them.
- Daily plan: when the demos and the competition take place, and what should play in between.
What to show so that people stop
- A short video with the product in action, with subtitles.
- One strong slogan, readable from the aisle.
- Times of demos and talks at the stand.
- A QR code to a catalogue, registration or a competition.
- Client logos that build trust.

Will an LED screen fit on a small stand?
Yes. A single module is 64 cm wide and stands on its own. Based on the dimensions and layout of your stand, we will suggest where to place it so that it does not block the counter or the walkway.
Are you on site during the trade fair?
We bring the screen and set it up before the fair starts. Whether a technician stays on site during the fair, and how much the content may change, we agree when we prepare the quote.
How much do LED screens for trade fairs cost?
