We rent high-resolution modular LED screens for conferences, trade fairs, galas and concerts, and transport within the Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot), installation and dismantling are included in the price. You focus on the event, we make sure everyone can see it.

An LED screen does not have to be one big wall ordered for a specific room. Our module is 64 cm wide and 1.92 m high: it stands alone as an elegant LED totem, folds into a double-sided A-frame sign at the entrance, and placed next to other modules, it forms one continuous picture with no visible break in the image.
From a single module to a full LED wall: the same equipment works for a conference, a trade fair, a gala and a concert. And because each module you add brings more pixels, the image grows without losing sharpness.
Your stand is visible from the other end of the hall
A moving image catches the eye from a distance at which an ordinary banner no longer works. A screen at the back of your stand works for your brand even when the whole team is busy talking to clients.
The same module also works well as stage design for launches and openings, and as a backdrop in showrooms: wherever the image has to speak for the brand.

A single module is an LED poster: a vertical screen in poster format that shows videos, animations and changing messages instead of a single printed poster. The agenda in the morning, a partner's promo video during the break, a thank-you to guests in the evening.

Yes. One day, a weekend or a whole series of events. You pay for the time the screen works for you.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within one working day. All we need is the date, the venue and the approximate image size. The quote includes configuration options to choose from.
Do I need my own technical crew?
No. We deliver, assemble and set up the screen. Whether a technician stays on site during the event is agreed individually. If you have your own crew, we divide the tasks before installation.
How much does LED screen rental cost?
Indicative prices, net per day: a single screen PLN 1,000-1,500, a set of five modules (five separate screens or a 3.20 × 1.92 m LED wall) PLN 4,000-6,500 - including transport within the Tricity, installation and dismantling. Prices are for information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code. The exact amount is given in the quote.
